Congratulations! You have passed the first step of the selection, and you now have an appointment for an interview with the recruiter or your potential team leader, or both.

Prepare yourself strategically for this interview: you must certainly show yourself on your best day, but also that you can manage the responsibilities that will be granted to you. Be confident and articulate, and for that, you have to practice. Practice at home, in front of a mirror to spot your language or gestures. Be careful, your speech should not be recited either. Find out about the latest company news, but also on industry news and your job.
