Tackle your problems. If you don’t have a car, it’s none of their business. You don’t have to mention this as there are many other means of transport available. Take care of your problems and don’t let anyone get involved in this.
How much pay?
Mentioning such things creates a negative impression. Your pay is important to you but not to mention this. Instead, if the interviewer asks about it, just leave a simple offer, not too much or too little.
Vacation:
No, don’t ask for vacations in an interview. You will get some as everyone else does.
