This indicates false advertising. If you’re smart, you will view this as a big red flag and run.
Another important element is meeting your employers. Use this opportunity to assess how well their leadership skills are. Evaluate whether these people will accommodate your future goals and give you room to grow. Don’t be shy to bombard them with questions.
